So your stuck in a plague ridden village and the guards will kill you if you try to leave and the guards won't listen if you explain you don't have it. So you are stuck in this town and something evil is amiss. Seems you are pulled into the place between life and death and here you must use all the powers you have to fight off monsters that are trying to kill you. You do get some help, in the way of a stranger with a sword and eventually you will get to hire more. As you fight you gain psi which is what you need to summon your fighters and archers and to use their special moves and you need it to use your magic. Your magic can be used to attack or to boost your friends attack. You gain scrap at the end of each battle and this is what you use to buy merchandise, recruit, and upgrade equipment. One cool aspect of the game is you can skip the story line if you don't really want to get into it. Have fun with this one, no doubt it will become a saga. Enjoy!!
